Nepal is a country with bicameral legislature according to the constitution of Nepal. Nepal has a bicameral legislature with dual government system. According to the constitution of Nepal 2072 Nepal is divided into 7 provinces with central and provincial government. Nepal federal parliament is composed of two house i.e. upper house and lower house. House of representatives(HoR) is known as lower house with speaker  deputy speaker to lead the house and National Assembly(NA) is known as upper house with chairperson and vice-chairpersonto lead the house. House of representative consist of 275 members where 165 are from FPTP (First-Past-The-Post) system where people can vote their required representative and 110 member are  from proportional representation (PR) electoral system.
